I agree with you on the commercial thing (it ticks me off whenever I watch ANY show with all those commercials). But TNA's not running the commercials, Spike TV is. Don't blame TNA for something that's not within their control.
Secondly, I think you're WAY over critical of the Thanksgiving edition of TNA. It's not like it was the night that all TNA talent shoots to be a part of. It was just a competition in celebration of the holidays that resulted in a kick-ass match between three awesome wrestlers! What did Vince McMahon give us? A cartoon about his freaking ass! TNA sucks? yeah right.
Plus, AJ Styles wearing a turkey suit DOES NOT hurt his credibility as a wrestler. I guarantee, if anyone else in TNA that didn't work with ROH had to put it on, you wouldn't have minded it one bit. I don't know what AJ was thinking after the night, but I have a funny feeling that he got a kick out of it because it was JUST FOR FUN and NOT A DEFINING MOMENT IN HIS CAREER! If this were the whole purpose TNA hired him for, that might be a different story.
Plus, AJ is a heel right now, so TNA is going to use him in ways that allows the fans to degrade him because that's what fans want to do with heels (Robert Roode, James Storm, James Mitchell, Kurt Angle, etc.) Also, AJ Styles being with Christian and Kurt doesn't ruin him. Just because he's not World Champion, he's not being bitch-slapped by TNA. Same with Samoa Joe. These two guys are still main-eventers in TNA. Cripes, they were in the KOTM match at Slammiversary earlier this year.
Overall, I respect your opinions and you do make some good points, but I think your WAY overcritical of TNA because they've got ROH talent and they ended their partnership with ROH. You like the wrestling aspect of professional wrestling, hence the reason you like ROH the best. I think that's great! ROH is a great company that needs a TV deal and TNA should sign a contract to exchange talent with ROH again. But it's no reason for ROH fans to hate TNA because they have some talent from ROH they won't let work for them. At least TNA uses former ROH talent the right way, unlike WWE with the exception of CM Punk. If you tried watching TNA with a different point of view, I think you might see a side of TNA you never saw before like I did. Just a thought.

WWE gave us a Jericho return, Edge return, more Michaels, more Orton, more Undertaker, and more of the good stuff. WWE is slowly giving us back the entertainment we so richly deserve. TNA gives us a grown man in a turkey outfit, an overused olympic wrestler who's falling apart, a 50+ Nash with paper-thin legs, and some guy whos life revolves around beer.
AJ Styles isn't a good heel. He's likable, a goof, and looks like he'd be fun to hang out with. He's also always on bitch-slapped side of Christian and Angle, two of TNA's biggest heels.
A good heel is someone who the people are disgusted by. They're pricks (Roode), they're ignorant (Storm), or just plain creepy (Black Reign). These are good heels.
AJ Styles is a "likable heel," basically he's a heel, but people can't do anything but like him for his personality. By forcing a likable heel in a turkey suit, it doesn't do its job to degrade him. It just makes him look stupid.
If it were someone like Roode, Christian, or Cage.. someone the people really dislike.. then it would have been appropriate.
