Review of the movie "The Condemned"

I'm a sucker. I admit. I bought the DVD of Stone Cold's movie "The Condemned" It's my 2nd venture in to WWE Films, I went with "The Marine" in the theatres, and this was a DVD purchase because frankly, my sked didn't allow me the chance to see it in the movies, otherwise I would have. I never saw "See No Evil" because I'm not a horror guy.

This one isn't bad. Out of the two movies from WWE Films I have seen, the Marine is a lot better than this. This one has a ton of good lines in it, catchy one liners from Stone Cold and Vinnie Jones, and the action is immense. But, the attempts to keep the story going at times is staccato-like, and the plot sometimes really thins out to the point of exhaustion.

It's a DECENT DVD purchase. It's not top rate for a guy like me, who loves bullsh*t B movies. I'm not displeased I bought it, but I am happy I didn't waste the $9 in the theatres as well.

I'm checking out the special features. I'll be interested to hear Austin's commentary throughout the movie. If it's as funny as Rock's was for "Walking Tall", well, you know... :)
