Ok, I want to know something. I am a sucker for a gimmick match or a big moment, which is why I picked up Summerslam and Unforgiven 2007 this year on DVD. When I watched Summerslam, and the 10 times since then, every time I hear Triple H's entrance, I literally get goosebumps down the back of my neck, and my hair stands on end.
With the entrance for Undertaker at Unforgiven on the DVD, it just didn't have the same feeling. I don't know if it was WWE's editing on the DVD, or something else, but it just seemed very lackluster.
That's tough for me to say because I am A HUGE undertaker fan. The best way I can describe this is this way. Compare the big returns of Taker at Unforgiven 2007 and Wrestlemania 20, and there's not one comparison. WM 20's entrance was "bone chilling", and something to be awed about. Unforgiven, while impressive, left something lacking.
Or am I just brain dead? I don't know.
